About these terms

These Terms of Service cover use of the Pinnacle Product Institute website, its articles and programme information, and its enquiry process. Pinnacle Product Institute is based in England and Wales.

Please read these terms before using the website. For any questions, contact our leadership team by email at contact@pinnacleproductinstitute.com.

Programme information and enquiries

The website introduces our proposed training pathways and provides educational articles, speaker introductions and webinar posts. Programme dates, duration, delivery formats and fees are being finalised and may change.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for information. It does not reserve a place, enrol you, require payment or create a training contract. Any enrolment offer will set out the relevant programme details, fees, cancellation arrangements and other applicable terms separately before you agree.

Educational content

Articles and learning materials provide general educational information. You should consider their relevance to your own circumstances and verify important information before acting on it.

We do not guarantee a particular job, promotion, salary, qualification, commercial result or product outcome from reading the website or making an enquiry. Speaker participation or mention of another organisation does not imply that they endorse every Pinnacle programme or statement.

Responsible use

You may browse the website and submit genuine enquiries. Please provide accurate information, use an email address you are entitled to use, and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.

Do not use the website to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or unsolicited content, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. We may decline abusive or fraudulent enquiries and take proportionate steps to protect the website.

Content and intellectual property

Website materials are owned by Pinnacle Product Institute or the relevant rights holders. You may read them, link to them and use reasonable extracts for lawful quotation with appropriate attribution.

Other rights provided by law remain available. For reuse beyond those rights, including commercial republication or distribution of training materials, email our leadership team to request permission. Names, images and third-party trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Third-party services and links

Our enquiry form is provided through HubSpot. The website also links to external resources. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their content or availability.

A link is provided for convenience and is not a guarantee of the external service or an endorsement of everything it publishes.

Privacy and communication

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through enquiries and how we use it. We use enquiry contact details to respond to enquiries, not to subscribe you to marketing.

All contact with our leadership team should be sent by email to contact@pinnacleproductinstitute.com. Please keep copies of important correspondence.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may correct or update it, change website features or suspend access for maintenance or security. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be free of errors.

If you spot an error or cannot access something, please email our leadership team so we can investigate.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Responsibility for loss arising from use of the website is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights. Separate agreed training terms will govern purchased services, subject to those rights.

Applicable law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to rely on the laws or courts of your place of residence.

If you have a concern, please email our leadership team so we have an opportunity to address it. This does not limit your right to seek a legal remedy.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these website terms and display the updated date on this page. Revisions apply to future website use and do not automatically change a training agreement already made with you.
