Revisit the customer problem
A new capability may change how a problem can be solved. It does not automatically change whether the problem matters. Revisit the need, customer context and desired outcome before deciding which part of a strategy should evolve.
Compare credible options
Consider an AI approach alongside improvements to the existing experience. Examine customer effort, reliability and the work needed to support each option. Make the comparison around the intended value rather than the novelty of the solution.
Identify the strategic consequence
Explain what the chosen approach means for priorities, skills and investment. Which existing assumption changes? Which capability now matters more? A clear strategy update should connect those consequences with a customer outcome the team can evaluate.
